Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Early Intervention and Pediatrics in Delaware. The role offers flexibility with part-time or per diem options and compensation up to $80 per visit, with weekly pay and travel stipend.

You will work with families in natural environments, delivering therapy to children ages birth to five. Join a nonprofit organization that supports therapists with ongoing onboarding, clinical support, and a collaborative team of clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five/home care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support child development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare, playgrounds, libraries, etc.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
