Compensation

Neurobloom uses a flexible fee-for-service compensation model designed to give therapists meaningful control over their caseload, schedule, and overall workload.

  • Therapists may choose to maintain a smaller or larger caseload based on their preferred workload, schedule, and professional goals. A larger caseload provides the opportunity for greater annual earnings, while a smaller caseload allows for a reduced workload and greater flexibility.
  • Neurobloom maintains a sliding-scale budget to increase access to services for families who may not be able to afford our standard rates. Therapists may choose to offer services at a reduced rate through this program while still receiving their standard compensation for the session.
