Job summary

RiverKids Pediatric Home Health is seeking Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OT) and COTAs to provide in-home therapy across Texas. You will evaluate, treat, and document care for pediatric patients while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer flexible scheduling options (Part-Time, Full-Time, PRN) and a supportive CREW culture focused on making a real difference for children and families. Travel to multiple cities in the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a home health setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions; educate families and caregivers on strategies and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams.

Position Overview

RiverKids Pediatric Home Health is actively seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in varies locations. We serve Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Amarillo and all surrounding areas.
