Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time pediatric position. You will deliver high-quality therapy to children, align goals with IEPs, and collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams.

The role offers a predictable weekday schedule with school hours, summers off, and opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and specialization in areas like bilingual services, AAC, or early childhood.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L).
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure (PDS will assist!).
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized OT services based on therapy plans and developmental needs.
• Conduct evaluations, create therapy goals, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and educators to support functional, motor, sensory, and self-care goals.
• Create a positive, engaging therapy experience for each child.
