Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks a qualified Dietitian to formulate and implement pediatric nutrition therapy at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. You will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and document outcomes and nutrition plans in the EMR.

The role emphasizes pediatric nutrition, growth assessment, and collaboration with case management to ensure resources and family education throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics is required.
• Master’s Degree in Dietetics is preferred.
• Tennessee Dietitian-Nutritionist license and RDN certification are required.

Responsabilités

• Provides Nutrition Care Process and pediatric medical nutrition therapy.
• Documents care and charging practices in EMR.
• Screens, triages, and prioritizes nutrition consults across age groups.
• Completes nutrition assessments and identifies nutrition diagnoses.
• Monitors formula orders and prepares special recipes with/without additives.
• Collaborates with foodservice and milk staff to ensure plan conformance.
