Qualifications

• Masters degree in a related field is required.
• CA RN licensure is required.
• Minimum 5 years in pediatric/ambulatory care or surgery center settings.
• Minimum 4 years of nursing leadership experience.
• CASC certification required within 2 years of hire if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence patient care services as part of the Senior Leadership team.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing goals aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Oversee budgeting for assigned departments and allocate resources accordingly.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality improvement, and patient- and family-centered care.
• Advocate for staff development, performance coaching, and evidence-based practice.
