Always Home Nursing Services, Inc. is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses for day, evening, and NOC shifts in the Sacramento, Stockton, and Vacaville area. We offer competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, Chiropractic, and a 401(k).

Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $35.00 per hour, negotiable based on skill code, experience, and funding source. Join a family environment with supportive supervision and recognition programs.

Competenze

• Current California RN or LVN license.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Mansioni

• Uses the nursing process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs nursing care including enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments while monitoring for changes in condition.
• Provides complete documentation of all care provided.
• The licensed nurse works within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the Nursing process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform Nursing care which can include, but not limited to, enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments while monitoring for any change of condition.
• Provide complete documentation of all care provided.
• The licensed Nurse will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.

Qualifications:

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
