Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics for the Operating Room (OR) in a pediatric acute care hospital.

Responsibilities include nursing care to pediatric surgical patients, conducting assessments, and executing interventions to ensure patient safety. The RN collaborates with physicians to implement the plan of care and sustains continuity between the patient care unit and OR.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years OR experience in pediatrics.
• Ohio RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and CNOR preferred.
• Pass background check and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients during surgery.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement the plan of care.
