Job summary

DayToDay seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics and OR for a pediatric acute care hospital. In this PRN role, the nurse will provide direct patient care in the operating room, performing assessments and assisting physicians to ensure patient safety during surgery.

Key responsibilities include maintaining continuity of care between the unit and OR, and supporting pediatric procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN license.
• BSN degree or in progress.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• American Heart Association certification required.
• CNOR certification highly preferred.
• Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery, or laser experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room for pediatric patients.
• Perform assessments and interventions, assist physicians to ensure patient safety during surgery.
• Maintain continuity of care between the unit and OR; support pediatric procedures.
