NP Now seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient practice in Findlay, Ohio. The role focuses on pediatric care with collaborative oversight from pediatricians and PCPs, in a fast-paced setting with an average of 25 patients per day.

The position offers base salary plus productivity bonuses, CME/board cert allowance, comprehensive benefits, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match. Light hospital call is not required, and the clinic operates 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pediatrics experience.
• Current PNP certification is required.
• Outpatient setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care for a 40-hour work week.
• Collaborate closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians.
• No hospital call; light phone coverage with 1:3 rotation.
• Manage patient flow; average 25 patients per day.
