Job summary

NC Health Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Granite Falls, NC is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient pediatric practice. You will provide newborn to 18-year-old care in a collaborative, busy setting with a team of experienced partners.

The role includes 36 patient care hours and 4 clinic days per week. You will perform well-child and sick visits and assist with intermittent Falls Peds Urgent Care coverage.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina; DEA may be required.
• Board certification if required by the Department.

Responsibilities

• 36 hours of patient care per week.
• 4 clinic days per week for primary pediatrics (newborn to 18 years).
• Well-child visits and sick-child visits.
• Assist with Falls Peds Urgent Care coverage as needed.
