Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well‑child exams, immunizations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Perform detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Educate and support patients’ families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records following clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in community outreach and health education programs.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) in the state of Louisiana.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the PNCB or ANCC.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
