The ANM reports to the Nurse Manager and drives patient care systems, workforce priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing required.
• 1 year progressive leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of professional nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight and financial stewardship at the unit level.
• Assist in staffing, assignments, and daily operational coverage.
