Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document vital signs for an infant patient.
• Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed.
• Provide tube feeding, catheter care, and respiratory support as needed.
• Educate family on health needs, medications, and safety procedures.
• Maintain medical records in an EMR/EHR system with HIPAA compliance.
• Respond promptly to emergencies with triage and intervention.
• Assist with developmental assessments and coordinate with healthcare teams.
