Qualifications

• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
• DEA license for controlled substances if prescribing.

Responsibilities

• Receiving sign-out from overnight team.
• Pre-rounding on patients and developing care plans.
• Performing medical procedures such as intubation and line placements.
• Consulting with supervising physicians as needed.
