Job summary

Indiana University School of Medicine, Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences, seeks a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join a 26-member team. The role covers adult and pediatric neuroradiology with a balance of clinical and academic time, and potential for on-site and work-from-home reading opportunities.

The position may be at assistant, associate, or full professor level with tenure or non-tenure track appointments, plus opportunities for research and education within a leading

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (doctorate or terminal degree required).
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology and/or eligibility for subspecialty CAQ certification in Neuroradiology.
• Additional fellowship training or experience in Pediatric Neuroradiology is preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Indiana.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and qualities that further the clinical, academic, and research missions of the department.
• A track record and commitment to education and scholarship in at least one mission area is expected.
• Research experience and grant funding are assets but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical interpretation of adult and pediatric neuroradiology studies at Riley Hospital for Children and the Academic Medical Center.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and specialty conferences.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in a scholarly environment.
• Engage in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and faculty development aligned with clinical, research, education and culture missions.
