Job summary

Memorial Physician Group is seeking a pediatric neurologist to join a collaborative Division of Pediatric Neurology. The team consists of seven physicians, and candidates should be BE/BC in pediatric neurology with a clinical interest in neurodevelopmental disorders preferred.

Board eligibility or certification, and the ability to take detailed pediatric histories and conduct neurodevelopmental assessments, are essential.

Job description

Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital is seeking a pediatric neurologist to join a collaborative team of seven (7) physicians in the Division of Pediatric Neurology. Candidates should be BE/BC in pediatric neurology. Certification or a clinical interest in neurodevelopment disabilities is preferred but not required. Additional clinical requirements include the ability to obtain comprehensive medical history for pediatric patients and perform neurodevelopmental/neurobehavioral evaluations. Research initiatives will be fully and actively supported through the Office of Human Research, though this is not a requirement of the position. The incoming physician will have the support of a full complement of pediatric specialists and services.

This is a full-time employed position with the multi-specialty Memorial Physician Group. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
