Job summary
Nemours Children's Health in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Pediatric Neurologist to join Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart. This on-site role partners with a regional pediatric team to deliver comprehensive neurological care to children.
MD or DO, board certification/eligibility in pediatric neurology, and Florida license/DEA eligibility are required. Competitive base pay, incentives, relocation, CME support, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility offered.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in pediatric neurology.
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA.
- On-site Pensacola facility with hospital affiliation.
Responsibilities
- Interpret inpatient and outpatient EEGs.
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with appropriate diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Develop and adhere to clinical patient pathways for standardized pediatric care.
- Contribute to cost effectiveness and quality improvement for patient care.
- Accept referrals and act as consulting physician for hospitalized patients.
- Participate in academic programs and rounds with residents.
