Pediatric Neurologist – Academic Faculty Position

About the Role

We are recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible pediatric neurologist to join our growing clinical program. Candidates with an interest in general pediatric neurology are welcome, and those with subspecialty training in epilepsy especially encouraged to apply.

The Division of Pediatric Neurology

• 3 full-time pediatric neurologists
• 3 nurse practitioners
• 4 part-time attending physicians
• Neuropsychologist, psychologist, and social worker
• Strong nursing and administrative support

Clinical & Academic Environment

• Collaborative network of pediatric subspecialists across the Children’s Hospital
• Close affiliation with adult neurology divisions in epilepsy, neuromuscular, vascular, and movement disorders
• Established epilepsy surgery program with opportunities to expand pediatric involvement
• Rich academic environment with opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows
• Faculty appointment at Albany Medical College with academic rank based on experience and qualifications
