• Provides after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families.
• Maintains patient records including test results, immunizations, and condition changes.
• Delivers physician-level care in line with policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
• Recommends further treatment options or future appointments if required.
• Performs diagnoses and prescribes medications.
