Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) in Oakland, California is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Nephrologist for a full-time position. The successful candidate will join a team of nephrologists and collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, clinicians, and support staff to care for Kaiser members.

The role includes outpatient and inpatient care, expansion of dialysis programs, and teaching duties for medical students and residents. Competitive compensation is offered with incentives.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatric Nephrology.
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be licensed to practice in CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in outpatient and inpatient settings for pediatric Kaiser members.
• Expand inpatient hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis programs and develop a CRRT program with the PICU team.
• Teach medical students rotating through Kaiser Oakland and pediatric residents in the residency program.
