Job summary

Baptist Medical Center South is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist specializing in Pediatric/Neonatal care. You will perform treatments, manage ventilation and related equipment, including intubation and nitric oxide, for critically ill infants and children.

Active NBRC RRT and ASBRT LRT are required, with BLS. Neonatal/Pediatric transport certification is required if you assist with regional transport. This is a full-time, on-site role on the third shift.

Qualifications

• Degree in Respiratory Care required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active NBRC RRT and ASBRT LRT required; BLS required.
• Neonatal/Pediatric transport certification may be required for regional transport.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatment, management, diagnostic evaluation for pulmonary patients.
• Manage pediatric and neonatal respiratory equipment and processes, including intubation and ventilation.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and regional ground transport as needed.
