Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's in Music Therapy from an AMTA-approved program.
• Maintains AHA BLS certification throughout employment.
• Maintains CBMT certification throughout employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient functioning across sensorimotor, social/emotional, communicative, cognitive, and musical domains.
• Develop a plan of care with measurable goals and discharge planning.
• Conduct music therapy sessions to support expression and coping with cognitive, emotional, or physical impairments.
• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and care teams about progress and procedures.
• Document patient data, progress, and charges in a timely manner.
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate treatment plans and improve outcomes.
• Uphold productivity standards and maintain a safe, organized work area.
