Job summary

St. Luke’s Behavioral Health team is seeking licensed professionals to provide initial diagnostic evaluations and plan and deliver mental health treatment to patients across individual, family, and group settings.

The role includes completing documentation, participating in case consultations, and utilizing third-party billing where applicable. Qualifications include a Master's degree in social work, counseling, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, and AHA BLS Provider certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• License in the State of Practice (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and AHA BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides initial diagnostic evaluation and determines need for treatment.
• Plans and provides mental health treatment to patients in individual, family, or group settings.
• Completes documentation in accordance with current policy and care delivery settings.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
• Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification and hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
