Qualifications

• Experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Work effectively within a medical team for holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the medical team to provide integrated behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with our medical team to provide integrated behavioral health care.
• Conduct initial evaluations, triage, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-informed interventions, Parent Management Training, and brief interventions.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and maintain excellent communication skills, including timely documentation and billing.
• Provide culturally competent, family-centered care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), or Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
• Experience providing behavioral health care to children aged 5-18 years old.
• Proficient diagnosing and treating children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression.
• Strong skills in evaluation, triage, and development of treatment plans.
• Experience with delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Ability to work effectively within a medical team, ensuring holistic care coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with behavior management for toddlers.
• Experience with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Autism.
• Expertise in Parent Management Training and Brief Interventions.
• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with a wide range of patients.
