CHOC Children's in Orange, CA is seeking a Medical Assistant I for our Specialty Clinics. The MA I supports physicians in back and front office, performing routine clinical tasks and ensuring smooth patient flow in a busy pediatric practice. Required: High School Diploma or GED, MA diploma, BLS certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; graduate of a vocational MA program preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to provide patient care with sensitivity to age, culture, and spiritual needs.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and computer systems used in a medical office.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine clinical tasks in back and/or front office under physician supervision.
• Supports physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow in pediatric specialty clinics.
• Communicates effectively in English to ensure safe and accurate patient information.
