Job summary

Seattle Children's is hiring a Medical Assistant to support patient procedures, clinic flow, and clerical duties across Seattle and Bellevue. You will perform procedures, prepare charts, stock supplies, and answer calls, contributing to efficient clinic operations.

Ideal candidates hold WA DOH Medical Assistant certification and BLS, with preferred pediatric or urgent care experience to support our mission of Hope, Care and Cure. This role offers a sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Medical Assistant - Certified designation by Washington DOH.
• Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS).
• Preferred: pediatrics experience and/or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized patient procedures, treatment and tests.
• Perform associated clerical tasks including chart preparation, stocking clinic supplies and answering telephones.
• Provide advanced assistance with medical clinic operations and monitoring of clinic flow.
