Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support licensed clinicians and help deliver patient care at our Redmond clinics. The role requires performing tasks under supervision and following established policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure safe, compassionate care.

You will build on MA I responsibilities, demonstrate clinical competency, and contribute to a team focused on improving patient outcomes across our Puget Sound network.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on clinical training in medical assisting.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or apprenticeship.
• Minimum one year of medical assistant experience with clinical skills.
• Certification requirements upon hire: WA Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days: BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed practitioner in patient care and clinical duties.
• Perform tasks per established policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support care delivery and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
