MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Viroqua, Wisconsin. This role is a 12-week assignment with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour night shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a degree from an accredited program, and PALS certification, with 18 months of acute pediatric experience. MedPro provides travel housing, weekly pay, credentialing support, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, age-appropriate care to patients aged approximately 30 days to 18 years.
• Document the patient's symptoms and medical history and provide bedside nursing care to children on the floor. Draw blood, administer medication and give childhood vaccinations.
• Assist pediatrician during a patient examination.
