Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Med-Surge position in Boston, MA. The role combines pediatric medical-surgical duties with ICU-level monitoring in a hospital setting.

This PRN/per diem assignment requires a minimum of 2 years RN experience, a current Ohio RN license, and a BSN (or in progress). BLS and ACLS are required; PALS preferred. W2 employment with weekly pay and eligible benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress; 2 years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurse patient care: direct pediatric medical-surgical and ICU-level care.
• Care coordination: manage transitions and plan nursing actions.
• Education: provide hands-on health education to patients and families.
• Leadership: act as a preceptor and mentor staff.
