Northshore Home Health Care in Texas is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, pediatric home care in patients' homes. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and support families in a challenging but rewarding environment.

Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts with days, nights, and weekends; training and career growth are available, and dedicated local support helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in practicing state; compact licenses transfer within 90 days.
• CPR certification with hands-on component (training available after hire).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with complex needs (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, meds).
• Deliver high-quality clinical care in a patient-centered environment.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and support patients and families effectively.
