Job summary

Providence is seeking a compassionate LVN to join the pediatric team in Lubbock, TX. You will support patient care alongside providers, coordinate clinical workflows, and help communicate with families in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas LVN license (or NLN Compact) and has at least 6 months LVN experience. A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies for eligible externals/rehire candidates, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
Upon hire: Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse, or
Upon hire: National Licensed Vocational Nurse Compact
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
6 months of LVN Experience.

Responsibilities

You’ll work alongside providers and fellow caregivers to support patient care, clinical workflows, family communication, and coordination of care.
Deliver compassionate pediatric nursing care in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.
Contribute to care coordination and patient/family communication to improve experience.
