Children's Home Healthcare is seeking licensed vocational nurses to provide pediatric home healthcare. You will deliver compassionate care across a range of acuity, with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and flexible hours in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid/Current Nursing License (LVN).
• Valid/Current CPR Card for Healthcare Workers.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and fill in when needed.
• Self-motivated and require little supervision.
• Operate a vehicle with current driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient treatment and rehabilitation per training.
• Participate in assessment planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Coordinate care with clinical supervisor and other agencies.
