Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Edinburg, TX is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support pediatric patients at home. This in-home, night-shift position covers Friday and Saturday 7pm–7am, with flexible scheduling options and local 24/7 support.

You will work with patients needing feeding tubes, trach/vent, and medication administration, with training provided. An active LPN/LVN license in the state, CPR, and reliable transportation are required; experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care as an LPN/LVN for pediatric patients.
• Document care using the tablet/electronic documentation system.
• Assist with feeding tubes, trach/vent, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with families and care team to achieve clinical goals.
