Within the Long Term Care division, the Nurse Manager will lead care for children and young adults with complex medical, developmental, and rehabilitative needs. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nursing Operations Manager will receive strong administrative and clinical support while overseeing daily nursing operations, staffing, scheduling, regulatory readiness, quality initiatives, infection prevention, employee engagement, and resident outcomes. The Nursing Operations Manager will mentor friendly nurses, strengthen care standards, support onboarding and education, and partner with a diverse healthcare professional team that may include physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, social workers, case managers, educators, and support specialists.
