Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric home health care in Florida. This one-on-one role focuses on delivering skilled nursing in the child’s home with clear guidance from RNs and clinical leadership.

You will build meaningful patient relationships, follow CDC safety guidelines, and enjoy benefits like PTO, medical coverage, weekly pay, training opportunities, and a preceptor program. Florida LPN license and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current, active FloridaLPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home.
• Collaborate with RN and clinical leadership to implement and adjust care plans.
