Care Options for Kids is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in the Ford City area. The role focuses on one-on-one care in the child’s home, under RN supervision, delivering skilled nursing with confidence and consistency.

The position requires PA LPN license (or multistate), TB test, BLS CPR card, and a driver’s license. Training available for G-tube/trach/vent experiences as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License (compact)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (Quantiferon)
• Valid BLS CPR card
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing with RN supervision
• Deliver skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Coordinate care plans and document clinically in the patient chart
