Job summary
Monroe Pediatrics in Monroe, NY is seeking a compassionate LPN to support our physicians and provide high-quality pediatric care to young patients.
The role requires NY LPN license, pediatric experience preferred, EMR familiarity, and strong communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Typical hours are Monday and Wednesday 8:00–5:30 with some Saturdays.

Qualifications
- Licensed LPN in NY; graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required; minimum 2 years recommended.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Experience with EMR systems is a big plus.
- Calm under pressure; strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet, triage, and room patients while ensuring comfort.
- Document patient care accurately in EMR.
- Administer medications and vaccines; assist with minor procedures.
- Handle referrals, prior authorizations, and medical forms efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized clinic environment.
- Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
