Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for pediatric home health in Texas. This role focuses on one-on-one, in-home nursing to deliver focused care with support from a clinical leadership team.

Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus as part of total compensation, with discussions during the interview process. You'll work closely with a registered nurse to ensure clear care plans and consistent patient relationships, while benefiting from care delivery

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person).
• G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing in the home for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to ensure care plans.
• Deliver care with safety, following CDC guidelines and using provided PPE.
