Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide focused in-home pediatric nursing in Texas. You will work one-on-one with young patients, under RN supervision, delivering skilled care and building strong, trusted caregiver relationships.

The role emphasizes stability, support, and the ability to make a real difference in a child’s life, with access to resources and a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in state of practice (or multistate license, if applicable).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person, not online).
• G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train.
