Job summary

A pediatric home health care provider is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to deliver individualized patient care. This role focuses on medication administration and various medical treatments while offering a supportive work environment. Qualifications

• Current BLS CPR card must be obtained in-person.
• G-tube, trach, and vent experience preferred or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as per physician orders.
• Perform physician ordered treatments including tracheostomy and suctioning.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to physician.
