Care Options For Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in Luzerne County, PA. In this role, you will provide focused, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent is preferred.
• Able to obtain a valid BLS CPR card and complete TB tests.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
