Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health, providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will support pediatric patients, collaborate with RNs and clinical leadership, and follow care plans with CDC safety guidelines.

A valid PA LPN license and in-person BLS CPR are required, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to train in G-tube/trach/vent care.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License.
• TB Skin Test or Blood Test, BLS CPR certification (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent management.
