Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or equivalent required
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited diagnostic or interventional radiology residency required
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Pediatric Radiology or Adult IR fellowship required (if completed diagnostic radiology residency)
• Completion of Pediatric Interventional Radiology fellowship ideal but negotiable
• ABR certification or eligibility required
• Arizona licensure eligibility required
