Job summary

Phoenix Children’s Hospital is seeking a full-time pediatric interventional radiologist for the Section of Pediatric Interventional Radiology. The team performs a broad range of image-guided procedures and collaborates with IR APPs, nurses, and a care navigator to deliver exceptional pediatric care.

The Division of Radiology includes 31 radiologists with teaching and research opportunities; expansion is planned with an additional IR room by 2027, and the hospital is a Level 1 pediatric facility

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board eligibility
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited radiology residency
• AFTER radiology residency: pediatric radiology or adult IR fellowship
• Pediatric IR fellowship ideal but negotiable
• ABR certification or eligibility
• Arizona licensure eligibility required

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric interventional radiology procedures and interventions.
• Collaborate with IR nurses, APPs, techs, and physicians to provide high-quality care.

Education

MD or DO degree

ACGME-accredited diagnostic or interventional radiology residency

ACGME-accredited Pediatric Radiology or Adult Interventional Radiology fellowship

Pediatric Interventional Radiology fellowship (ideal)

ABR certified or eligible
