The State of Missouri through the Missouri Department of Mental Health seeks a licensed psychologist for a 30-32 hour/week role in inpatient units serving youths aged 6-17. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy and conduct psychodiagnostic evaluations with timely documentation.

Qualified candidates hold a Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, Missouri licensure, and experience in inpatient settings with trauma-informed care.

Qualificações

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensure as a psychologist in Missouri.
• Experience with child/adolescent populations in inpatient/residential settings.
• Trauma-informed treatment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy with Inpatient Unit children and adolescents.
• Conduct psychodiagnostic evaluations for child and adolescent clients in Inpatient units and relay feedback to client, family, and HCPH teams.
• Complete therapy and evaluation notes, evaluation reports, and weekly treatment reviews for Inpatient clients.
• Participate in Treatment Planning and discharge planning meetings for Inpatient youth and develop therapy goals and reviews for treatment plans.
• Participate in Inpatient treatment rounds and meetings to provide updates on services and diagnostic impressions.
• Complete documentation about consumer progress and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Support clients and staff during and after crisis events at the facility.
• Attend Psychology Department meetings and complete online in-service trainings.
• Provide secondary supervision of psychology interns as needed.
• Potentially supervise LPC clinicians in psychotherapy and case management services.
