Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian II to join the Pediatric team at Baptist Howard in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30, with opportunities across Baptist Health hospital locations. You will work with an established pediatric nutrition program, providing patient education and care planning.

Required RD licensure and BS in Dietetics; 1–2 years inpatient nutrition care experience is preferred. A $1,500 sign-on bonus may apply for external hires.

Qualifications

• RD certification and licensure required.
• Bachelor of Science degree required; MS preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years clinical inpatient nutrition care.

Responsibilities

• Assuring patients receiving appropriate nutrition.
• Implementing and maintaining plan of care for TF and TPN patients.
• Providing education to inpatients and/or significant others, staff, civic organizations, and approved community events.
• Communicating well with multidisciplinary staff.
• Promoting a caring and supportive work environment.
• Performing other functions as assigned.
• Improving and maintaining department quality results.
