Qualifications

• Active RN license

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks in the home
• Provide compassionate care and document clients' progress
• Follow care plans to ensure safe, quality patient care
• Assist with patient mobility and physical care tasks
• Remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Engage in exercises and play-based activities to make sessions fun
• Assist with potty training
• Support the use of an AAC device
