You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process, collaborate with families, and adhere to policy standards to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association is REQUIRED.
• 1+ years of RN experience; Pediatric or IMC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
