Formación

• Current RN license with relevant clinical experience in pediatric critical care
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfort with ventilator management and infusion therapies
• Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based practice

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert, family-centered care to critically ill children
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex patient care
• Manage ventilators and infusions
• Respond promptly to emergencies
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure optimal care
• Utilize evidence-based protocols and maintain accurate electronic health records
• Support patient and family education
• Precept and mentor new staff as needed
